We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or misuse.

We do NOT store or have access to your credit card information.
All payments are securely processed by Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

✨ 3. REFUND POLICY — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

This policy applies to prints, posters, tapestries, and other made-to-order items.

Because all physical products are produced individually after ordering:

You may cancel your physical item order within 24 hours for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production begins and we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include photos of the issue

  3. We will send a free replacement

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

✨ 4. REFUND POLICY — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products (wallpapers, downloads, activations, eBooks, etc.) are delivered instantly after purchase.

For this reason:

All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a problem downloading or accessing your files, contact us and we will resend them.

When you purchase a digital item:

  • You receive a personal-use license only

  • Redistribution, resale, editing, or commercial use is prohibited

  • No physical product will be shipped

  • File appearance may vary depending on device resolution and screen ratio

  • Downloads are delivered instantly via email and your account page

Delivered instantly by email. No shipping fees.

Physical Products

  • Free shipping for all prints, worldwide

  • Prints and tapestries are produced on demand.

  • Typical processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery time varies by region.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us — we will assist you with a replacement once confirmed by the carrier.
